Your tax return will be prepared by a  CPA in Michigan for a low fee of $99.99. Because we have fewer costs (no paper, ink, postage, and no chit chat time), our fees are significantly lower than what a CPA local to you would charge.

The process is almost identical to our local clients whose returns we prepare in person.  Your return will be prepared by a live CPA using the source documents that you provide.  It will not be automatically generated by a computer.

Your responsibilities:

• Upload your previous year’s tax return
• Answer some simple tax questions
• Provide your contact information
• Upload your current tax documents
• Upload proof of identity (drivers license, passport, etc)

Our responsibilities:

• Prepare an accurate return from the information that you provide.
• Determine if any obvious information is missing
• Determine if you qualify for various deductions.
• Verify filer’s identity and that of their children, if required for the Earned Income Credit.
• Complete your return within two days of all needed information being submitted.

There are times when a client believes that they have submitted everything to us, but we determine that a piece of information is likely missing.  If this is the case, we will send you a request for additional information.
